Oversee the day-to-day program activities as the main customer focus point；
To actively drive the program team on continues improvement on product quality production efficiency；
Lead manage the program team to meet the program goals customer’s satisfaction.
University education, Business Admin or Language Major, Engineering background preferred；
At least 2 years program management working experience in electronical manufacturing field； familiar with SMT/PCBA process related production issues；
Be Self - initiative, responsible good communication skills.
for Japanese: Fluent Japanese, good English reading writing, over 4 years experience；
for English: Fluent English, 2-5 years experience；
